If your eligible Buzz Drops order needs to come back, we keep the process simple: mail returns, free approved labels, exchanges accepted, and refunds processed within 5 business days after inspection.

Approved returns are handled by mail and include a free prepaid return label.
After inspection, refunds are processed within 5 business days or we help with an eligible exchange.
Eligible Buzz Drops items may be returned at any time as long as the product is new, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Returned items must be new and unopened. We cannot accept opened, used, damaged-after-delivery, or partially consumed products.
Returns are accepted by mail. When your return is approved, we send instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Approved returns include a free return label. Customers do not pay return label costs for eligible returns.
We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
We accept exchanges for eligible new, unopened items. Include your exchange request when you email support.
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
