Buzz Drops ships from our fulfillment location in the Houston, Texas area. Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible and ship only to compliant U.S. states where Buzz Drops can legally be delivered.

Shipping cost

Standard U.S. shipping is free on Buzz Drops orders unless a different shipping option is clearly shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders placed after 5 PM CST ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 2-3 business days after they ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery timing can vary based on destination, carrier volume, holidays, weather, age-verification requirements, and state compliance rules.

Where we ship

Buzz Drops ships only within the United States and only to compliant states. We do not ship to customers under 21.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 2 business days, contact us at sales@buzzdrops.com and we will help file a carrier claim or arrange the next best solution.
